Martin, Java and the researcher Nadia roam the icy Siberian wastelands and by now despair of surviving. But, when all seems to be lost, their rescuers arrive, having been sent by their friend Strokov, thus putting an end to their predicament. In the second part of the album, a series of murders in Japan and Florida seem connected to the return of Martin’s old friend Vincent Von Hansen, who reappears, depressed and drunk after disappearing during a research expedition in search of the Fountain of Youth.
