Willet Place is a lethal trap for Mark and his fellows. Treachery and murder are the regular currency used in that small town and its population is not what could be called a model of patriotic virtue. A freedom fighter is killed as he’s about to disclose the identity of an unsuspected double-dealer to Mister Bluff. The truth that he had no time to reveal, though, has been enshrined in a text and Mark will be able to safely accomplish his quest, but only thanks to a smart and likeable petty thief. It’s not only the Ontario Wolves that cause the English to spend sleepless nights, but on top of that, the mysterious Chameleon has also come to complicate their life. And, on the subject of disquieting characters, what horrors will be consumed in doctor Felsham’s gloomy dwelling? Even Mark will end up in his hands…
