An expedition leaves Fort King, headed to the Rocky Mountains. It’s composed of two expert climbers, veteran Jerry Lachman and the rich businessman, Norman Boswell, together with his three young granchildren, who go climbing for the first time. They aim to reach the peak of Mount Leigh, an untouched stone giant. Lachman is trying this for the second time — years before, while he was climbing the same mountain with his brother Sandy, the boy misteriously disappeared. Jerry’s now hoping to find his brother’s body and understand what happened. But Zagor finds out that somebody is scheming against the expedition, and decides to follow the wagons’ tracks together with Cico…
