Strange disappearances occur in Darkwood forest, in an area nobody dares to enter anymore. When a military convoy vanishes, Fort Willis’ soldiers prepare for an expedition to solve the mystery. Zagor’s investigating too, and finds out that a strange individual endowed with a magic aura is imposing his will to people ready to completely obey him.
