The plot that diabolical Mortimer and the Weaver, two of Zagor’s most bitter enemies, are hatching against the Lord of Darkwood is preparing its offensive on several fronts. While an attempt on the life of Gubernatorial candidate Marvin Sykes is being contrived, Cico is abducted and Zagor will have to launch a veritable race against time to set his friend free, save the politician’s life and, above all, foil the trap the two crooks have cooked up against him!
