Ramath, the fakir, sends a telepathic message to Chico while he is in a state of unconsciousness: the fakir is injured near the Shiny Mountains and desperately asks for help. Zagor and his partner set out and are hosted by a friendly trapper along the way. But, in the night, accompanied by the mysterious sound of a flute, an enormous and monstrous creature appears in the hut in which they are resting! In this issue: The cover story ends on page 78.
