Lunga Coda, a Susquehanna Indian, has a desperate request for help for the Spirit with the Hatchet. Major Bolt of Fort Hope wants to transfer his tribe to the horrible Plain of the Snakes. Zagor speaks to Bolt, who, however, refuses to listen to reason. There is only one solution: get the Susquehannas to escape!
