Alfred Bannister has stolen the rain machine belonging to the likeable Charles Dickwick. It activates once it gets close to the “rock that burns”, a radioactive stone that bestows on Alfred the power to hurl lightening bolts from his hands. Transformed into a deadly superman, the evil individual wears a macabre costume with a skull drawn on the chest and calls himself Thunder man!
