From the bottom of Grado lagoon, an old stringed instrument resurfaced: it's a psaltery, that once belonged to the famous musician, Giorgio Mainerio, notorious for being charged of witchcraft several centuries ago. Father Alvise believes the instrument to be the terrible “psaltheryum diaboli” and asks Harlan and friends for help.
