After the finding of the mummy of an Old Stone Age hunter, buried in the ice, an expedition of paleontologists from Kiev disappears in the Ruthenian mountains. In the isolated mountain village of Nadvora a vampire psychosis spreads. When they arrive in town, Harlan, Tesla and Kurjak immediately know that their investigation will be different than usual. The tracks of an unknown Master of the Night will lead them to face a new enemy in a hidden world in the bowels of the Carpathians!
