High on a cliff on windy Donegal coast, the House’s waiting for its new keeper. In Berlin, after receiving a mental message from her Irish friend, poet Liam O’Keefe, the German clairvoyant Ann Jurging asks Harlan to go to Ireland with her. But Liam has puzzingly disappeared, leaving only his hand-written, nightmarish diaries. What kind of monster creatures haunt the mist surrounding the House? Is it only the sound of the crashing waves that’s rumbling under the stone vaults of the House cellar? What horrors lie hidden in the dark clouds coming from the sea? And why does the view seem to change from the window, just the way it happened in the paintings of the former Keeper?
