Romania’s orphanages are notorious for their wretchedness, but there is one which, as far as horror goes, is top of the scale: the dwelling that the ferocious Archvampire Vlatna seized centuries ago from Harlan’s father, Draka, Lord of the Ordine del Drago [Order of the Dragon] and lord of those lands.
