What Jonathan Steele is on amounts to a veritable trip around the world: after having to deal with Chinese demons and mobster families in Hong Kong, still in the company of Max and Isabel, our hero then moves on to Panama, where he finds a wholesale civil war going on, triggered by the passing of special laws against magic.
