After the failed ambush on MacKenzie, the wicked speculator, Patton, puts a spy in a saloon to listen to the pards’ plans: the trick is discovered and the new ambush against the honest breeder also fails. Nolan, Patton’s right hand, is forced to betray his boss, who ends his career behind the solid bars of a prison. Some time later, in the south of Texas, while investigating some disappearances of gold diggers and caravans, Tex and Carson are attacked by a horde of war-like blacks who live in an African-looking village, hidden in a secret valley.
