Summoned to Washington by Ely Parker, Secretary for Indian Affairs, to testify against a railroad that certain speculators would like to build in Arizona with the risk of stirring up the Native Americans, Tex and Carson are the object of attacks by the hired assassins in the pay of Senator Russel, a slimy politician who plans to make loads of money with the tracks of discordance. Having failed in the first attack, while the pards investigate, obtaining confirmation that the corruption nestles in the high levels of power, the scoundrels appeal to Li-Wang and to his killer hawks, trained to kill using innocent passers-by as guinea pigs!
