A Wyoming county is ruled by the Cheyenne Club, den of rich breeders headed by Colonel Watson. The association subsidizes a gang of self-styled executioners to set up false proof of cattle thefts at the expense of the weakest landowners, to then exterminate them and seize the ranches! Tex, on a mission in those parts to arrest the bandito Mills, takes the side of the small farms and hurls the corpses of four of Watson’s hired ruffians into his magnificent garden! And he discovers that Mills is also among the hangers-on of the Club’s elders.
