Tumak and his followers have raced off at top speed towards the hidden pueblo of Avatay, with the intention of squaring the accounts with the men who make up professor Lovestock’s caravan. Tex, supported by the wise and peace-loving Hopi chief Tuwa, tries desperately to prevent the young and hot blooded warrior from avenging the death of his two men. Helped by his pards, the ranger tries to keep one move ahead of Tumak, attempting to intercept him before he wreaks a furious massacre. Meanwhile, the archeological expedition manages to reach the Anasazi ghost settlement and this marks the beginning of a dangerous hunt for the “sacred chamber” where there’s supposed to be a fabulous hidden treasure…
