Tom Clebber, the blackguard who lords it over Canyon Diablo and is the boss of the Devil’s Luck, chases away two of his best thugs, guilty of having played their own dirty tricks without his permission: in cahoots with Lena Bond, they blackmailed a an honorable gentleman but the victim, following Tex’s plan, paid the knaves with false and marked dollars, which made it possible to trace the authors of the crime. Clebber, rashly tempted to try to corrupt Willer, goads a handful of gunslingers into lashing out against the rangers, receiving in return the destruction of his saloon, smashed by a moving locomotive!
