A shocking murder in Garden City: a young African American man has been savagely whipped and hanged. While he was dying, his torturers were sadistically “enjoying the show”. The FBI has been investigating a group called “Grey Jackets” for a while. They are pro-Nazi, anti-semitic, violent people who are a substantial terrorist threat. The police tried to catch them red-handed, but the terrorists were always a step ahead of them. There is the suspicion that a mole is telling them all the investigators’ moves: stakeouts and raids are always useless.
