In South Los Angeles, the bloodthirsty Mara Salvatrucha gang has a new invincible leader. The “vigilante” serial killer, Jeff Carter, determined to wipe out the criminal organization, realizes that he cannot do it alone, this time. While the LAPD Homicide Department gets on Jeff’s tracks, with English detective Ann Spade as a consultant, Harlan, Kurjak, Tesla and a couple of old friends of theirs arrive to the city. Their goal is Bugsy, brought back to life, the mobster turned vampire!
