Three strangers kidnap Solomon Darver and interrogate him about the activities of the military base left by the Overgate, the spaceship that took Nathan Never & co. to Jupiter's orbit. Darver's story crosses with a series of events that sheds light on a century-long conspiration involving Mister Alfa, and allows us to glimpse the future of the Earth and our Alfa Agent!
